The ladder seems fine but I decided I didn't need it for my cargo trailer conversion. When I went to return it Rec Pro did not provide shipping back. Sooooo, being that it would cost over half of what the dumb thing costs to ship it back, I will keep it. I was planning on making some major purchases from Rec Pro but I will find another company that provides shipping back like most companies do these days. Super disappointing.
