ONLY ding would be there were no connection instructions for the powered cords and transformer, but one phone call to RECPRO and within a three minutes, the instructions were emailed and received. Truly commendable customer service rep - (kudos to Ms. Craig.) Aside from that small hiccup, everything was perfect. Comfortable, easy to assemble, well packaged, quality was higher than anticipated, easily fit through our 2024 Jayco Whitehawk door, and the color matched extremely well with our existing RV interior. (We'd ordered the color swatch samples prior to placing our order for the recliners.) Very pleased overall Frankly, I wish we'd known about these prior to purchasing two theater seating groupings from a traditional/national furniture retailer for the lower level great room in our home.

It was a close call putting this in the space that I had but it worked perfectly( I measured for 3 days, lol!) and is waayyy more comfortable than the low quality jack knife sofa that came in my trailer! Well packaged and easy to assemble, with a smooth reclining mechanism. It will easily slide on vinyl flooring. I didnt want to screw the base into the floor for cleaning reasons, so I screwed a 4' furring strip to the floor behind the loveseat. This keeps it from sliding back when getting up or sitting down. I also like the connection locks on the power cords that prevent them from being pulled apart when moving the loveseat. Measure well and then don't hesitate to purchase this great recliner. You won't be disappointed!

Easy to assemble and set up but came with no instructions. Delivery was fast, matter of fact was here before expected date. So far, quality looks good and recliners work as promised and very happy with.

We have two recpro pieces, a loveseat and a sleeper sofa. Five seats total. They are comfortable and look great in our camper when initially installed. The problem is the seat seams tear. Of our five seats, four were torn within a week of receiving the items. Recpro has a one year warranty and sent us replacement seats/cushions right away. Those also tore within a month. Recpro sent more. But once the one year warranty is up, no more seat and cushion replacements. So, if you’re okay with spending premium money on a subpar product that you know will only look nice for the one-year warranty period, this is the product for you. If you want something to last more than a year, look elsewhere.

Product is nice, fits perfectly in the camper slide out (excuse the floor in the pic; we’re still renovating). 2 boxes came quickly but the 3rd took several additional days to arrive, which was frustrating. But I’d say that’s more a FedEx issue. We shopped for months to find the right loveseat and overall are very happy with this one.

Bought this for our motor home and was just what we wanted. Delivered sooner than expected. Color was a little lighter than it looked online but we wanted lighter so that was a pleasant surprise. Easy to get into the bus and extremely easy to assemble. Pretty comfy for the price, looks nice and the recliners work well. Not wall hugging but doesn’t need much space from the wall to fully recline. My hubby is 6’ and for him the recliners really need to be a little longer but he said it is still quite comfortable.

These RecPro Chairs are very comfortable and a good value. We were able to set them up with in minutes as the only thing you have to do is place the base and then snap on the backs. No tools required. all 4 pieces easily fits thru a 22" wide 5th wheel RV door. We're going to order the center console direct from RecPro as soon as they're become available.

This is a very nice piece of furniture. We purchased the power theater seating with two recliners and center console. It arrived very quickly. It was in three boxes. Each section was in two pieces. I installed it myself but the seat portion was a bit awkward getting through the door and over the passenger seat of my motorhome so a second person would be helpful. The seat back attaches very easily to the seat section. The upper part of the console attaches with two screws with a knob for tightening. The sections attach to each other with two "T" shaped projections on the base of one fitting into slots on the base of the next section. This prevents the sections from separating away from each other but not front to back. I had my three sections attached but while pushing it all back to where it needed to be the sections came loose. Now that it is in place I will have someone help me attach them again. The power recliners work very smoothly and seem to be comfortable, and we especially like the built in USB slots for keeping our phones of Kindles charged. Unfortunately it is Winter here in Ohio so my motorhome is in an unheated garage so I am not able to say how comfortable it is after sitting for awhile. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and recommend this furniture to those interested in new furniture for their RV.
