It is a decent couch.Comfortable and easy to operate!!Instructions could be a little better and all parts need to be completely in one box!! Almost threw away parts I did not see taped in box and thought was missing!!

The center section of the couch has a broken side panel that is the support for the console. Also a bolt missing in the foot rising section that when the first time operating found the problem. I expected a far better experience than what this has turned into.

We ordered the big couch and loveseat looks great, packages arrived as expected, easy assembled by my 14 yrs old son maybe took him hour, loveseat arrived 1st with 3 boxes, next day 3 more boxes arrived for couch, contact company they responded fast stating to please be patient the 4th boxes is in route, it arrived next day. So far great buy comfort, firm, worth every dime. The phine Charging port isn't as good,

Very satisfied with the reclining feature. Not really use the heating and massage features. The massage option is really just vibrating. But I still love this sofa and give it 5 stars.

This thing is too small. The armrests sit at about the top of your butt. Seriously, spend your money somewhere else. They do not cover shipping if you want to replace or get a refund, it is over $500 to send back. They are soft and they are comfortable I will give them that.

We have had this couch since Jan of this year and it is very sturdy and comfortable. It was easy to put together and came in a couple boxes ! Just make sure to open the box labeled A first. It has the instructions. The charger ports are convenient and have a usb port and c port. This couch is easy to wash. Just some soap and sponge will do the trick.
