This is a nice size for any homeowner wanting to quickly and efficiently cut brush. I used this on some broken branches (frozen) that came down from a tall tree/hedge this winter. Did a great job.

Thing buzzed through what I needed it to the day I got it. I’ve used it twice since but now when I went to use it today, tried and wouldn’t turn on, switched battery, same things. Not sure what’s going on but would like it to last longer then a few uses

I had a wood railing that needed to be cut into pieces so a truck could take it away. It's about 4"x5" around. It took me about 5-8 minutes to cut through it with a regular saw...I had to make about 4 more cuts to bring it to size so I bought this reciprocating saw (I considered a circular saw but that's not the right tool for the job!). This arrived the next day, batteries fully charged. I selected one of the longer wood blades, put on my work gloves and the safety glasses this came with, and knocked out the rest of the cuts in about 5 minutes.This is easy to use (I'm clearly a novice!), has a spare battery, and a bunch of blades for different purposes. It's a great tool to have around!

Loved the low price and it cuts small branches and even trees. Not pro use but for trimming bushes and clearing unwanted plants works great

Good product so far. Cut some oak branches when it arrived today. No branch larger than a silver dollar size in diameter. Cut through very quickly and without problems others mentioned (battery issues, smoking, cutting off, and being slow). I cut the branches into small pieces with no issues: charging the batteries now. So far, charger not indicating a charged battery after 3 hours….we will see in the morning if it is completely charged. I am concerned over finding a file small enough to sharpen the teeth on this very small chain. I plan to go to harbor freight tomorrow to look for a file small enough to sharpen the small teeth.
