I recently upgrade my laptop. New one came with all the necessary ports except the audio ports. This little device enables me to us emy hogh-end headphones. As soon as I connected to my Windows 11 laptop it's recognized and started working. Best part is it even works with my USB hub. I highly recommend this little device.

I got this for a quick connect solution to my laptop that was on the go. I needed to hook up to various systems which needed different interfaces. This device is small enough to keep in my kit to allow me quick flexibility for random connects. It's not the top-tier items out there but works well enough for the given needs.On the mic-input there was a some noise that was picked up through direct recording, but with something like MS teams it seems to have filtered most of that out as nobody complained about the audio, not that that is a high fidelity platform anyway.What this is not for: recording studioWhat this is for: Headphones or amplifier with or without mic. A quick solution to hook up to any USB to get sound.

I need to record voiceover audio for work, and have been shopping around for interfaces that agree with my Macbook's paltry port options. I gave this a shot, and found I have just as much luck using airpods for audio quality. In short, this sounds awful.Pros: Plug and play—no required installations or additional effort beyond plugging this jack in. My computer immediately recognized it as a generic USB audio device.Cons: What my computer didn't recognize, but I did, was how AWFUL it sounds. There is persistent noise generated by the jack, and zero dynamic range. Again, this is on-par with audio expectations of phone calls. If you need to capture decent audio, do not waste your money on this USB device.In short, I'm screwed on time and now have to buy yet another device, because this was a waste in every possible way. Seriously, don't make the same mistake I made, and look elsewhere unless you need a dirt cheap dongle for video chats, meetings and other use cases that allow for poor audio fidelity.
