I used these to anchor a plastic compost bin. Like others have stated, these were overkill, but I was happy to do it. Highly recommend.

These spikes are heavy duty! I used them to anchor a large hose reel cart, and it’s perfect. The hold solid and it doesn’t move at all.

I got these to go on the base of my 12 foot HD Skeleton and they seem to be great, they are long enough to really go into the ground. It took a big rubber hammer to pound them in, I kinda not looking forward to removing them probably have to use a crowbar.I didn't want my 12 foot guy to move after seeing all the posts online of folks having theirs fall over in the wind, we have had up to 40mph gusts and my base hasn't moved any.

Bought these to secure some holiday reindeer in my front yard, because the anchor Loops are broken and the pins to secure it are tiny. I wanted something bigger to hook through the legs of the reindeer to secure it on Windy days. These were thick enough that you might be able to actually use them to secure the CNN Tower if it ever needed anchor cables for stability.Definitely Overkill but these will probably outlive me in terms of needing them for a holiday decoration setup. Very glad I bought them.

I used these to hold down Christmas decorations. They worked perfectly. I ordered more to use on the rest. I used a rubber maker to pound them into the ground.

We have a metal arbor that tipped over any time winds were higher than average. It was a nuisance and we were concerned that it might eventually break it apart. My husband installed them right away. Even very strong wind has not budged it at all since. It has been such a relief to know that we will no longer fall over. I would buy these again in a hot minute if I have a need for them.
