I’ve used garden staples for several years with no complaints or failures, but these with the added feature of a plate is a game changer. The staples on their own keep my landscaping fabric held down, but with the addition of these little plates seems to hold down better, covering more surface area, thus guarantees added strength. UPDATE: last night I left them turned on, full on from evening until I went to bed at 11 and while noticeably not quite as bright, they were still working just fine.

These Stakes and Fixing Gaskets were perfect for my need to secure the weed cloth barrier. The 6" length and being 11 gauge made it easy to do what was needed. The Fixing Gaskets are fantastic to have as they double the staying power of the Stake. Great product for the value.Definitely will be buying more as needed!

The longer length makes these perfect for laying silage and tarp when prepping the soil for a new garden. The gadget included makes lifting the wire hook very easy and the plastic lid/ring/whatever you call it makes for a clean uniform look. I laid down the tarp last September to prepare a bed for garlic and removed it mid-November when I was ready to plant. The bed looked beautiful. The stakes held up and will be used again and again.

About 2 months ago I bought that expensive pack of 20 from my local store. I needed more and found these. As soon as I pulled out those lose name brand stakes, I could not believe that they were already rusting. This product is longer and hold rather than tear my fabric. I’ve had them awhile and decided to see what the ground has done to them, hard to remove, they grip the ground for sure and they were all fine unlike the cheap named brand item I used in the past. I bought more, just to keep on hand because they work that well. Great product and a great price, thank you.
