From start to finish the project took about 2 1/2 hours. The instructions were simple to follow, and the application was pretty simple. There is a very noticeable difference, even with 10 psi in the airbags. After driving down some pretty bumpy roads, my truck was very stable, I am very pleased with this product so far.

Installing the RETRUE Air Suspension Kit on my Toyota Tacoma was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my truck. This kit has significantly improved the ride quality, especially when hauling heavy loads of feed and supplies. The up to 5,000 lbs of load leveling capacity is perfect for my needs. The installation was straightforward, thanks to the detailed instructions. It’s robust and built to last, handling rough terrain like a champ. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in sagging and better overall stability, even when the truck bed is fully loaded. Before this, I used traditional springs, but they didn’t offer the same level of support and comfort. The RETRUE kit has transformed my Tacoma into a much smoother ride, making trips to the market and back less of a chore. If you need a reliable air suspension kit, this is the one.

Installs was easy with the included instructions, bags and lines held air however the Schrader valves needed to me tightened down to seal properly. They do the intended job at the cost of making my tacoma ride very firm in the rear. The ride quality when at minimum 5 psi is still much more stiff than stock but not unbearable. Would only install again if I was towing more than than not due to sacrifice in ride quality.

I installed this on my 2021 Tacoma TRD offroad. Install took me around 5 hours, but I wasn't working very hard and I was on my drive way. It got easier when I realized that I could use my jackall to lift the truck frame by inserting it into the trailer receiver, which made more space between the frame and the axle. The product itself seems to be good quality, the metal brackets are thick enough to do the job and the hardware was decent. I aired it up to 95 PSI and found no leaks. I routed the airlines into the little box beside the plug in in the bed so that they are safe and out of the way. Now when I put on my wedge camper on the box it doesn't look like I'm hauling a load of bricks. The truck handles way better with the airbags, I wouldn't go back. For the price I think that these are a great deal. The only thing that I changed was to add a cradle to the bottom of the airbag so that when I'm offroading and the suspension flexes I don't tear out a bag. I'll update this review if they fail, but so far so good.

Took about 3 hours to install. Deducted one star for having to turn around almost all the bolts from what's shown in the instructions as its impossible to get a torque wrench on any of them if you follow the instructions. ...any mechanic should know, you never torque the bolt. You torque the nut!!Would have been nice to have straight fitting into the pass side air bag as that would keep the air line further from the exhaust. ...a straight would be ok on both bags actually. Had a few leaks initially. Had to push harder at the bags to fix and replace a tee fitting I'd installed (not sure why anyone would have separate valves on a light truck). ...would be nice if the kit had an optional tee fitting with it. Installed fill valve thru the license plate. Didn't use the bracket supplied.FYI, loved the black Friday sale on this kit!Have an electronic pressure monitoring system on the way and need more time to evaluate leakage rates. So far so good. Will update if anything changes. Also liked the included hose cutting and valve tool. ...wasn't expecting them.

Air Bags work well when towing but leak air at the actual air bags and have to be reinflated often and if inflation is under 10-15 psi the bags will deflate overnight and its an annoying problem to keep inflating them. I contacted Retrue and they didnt seem to care and keep telling me to check for line and fitting leaks, I have and the air bags leak air!

Took me about 4 hours with my 2 post lift. The instructions tell you pretty clearly how to assemble the brackets, but no order of operation for the install to the frame and springs.Things get pretty tight and accessing the 4 inner bolts is extremely difficult.A strong suggestion is to install the passenger side first, and learn from the mistakes you're going to make.My 23 Tacoma is 2 wheel drive, and a single back exhaust, so I only needed one of the 2 provided heat shields. Make certain to install the heat sleves over the exhaust side of the airline. They also don't seem to hold air until you hit 15 psi.My package was short one of the K nuts, but I had a grade 8 sitting in my collection, so I was able to complete the install.
