I hope the picture the picture shows, front faceplate at the bottom is slightly shorter than the rest of the enclosure. Making this remote fall over forward very easily. Other than that aggravation, it works perfect, about a 2° variation between turning the fire logs on and off. Which is very good. Works better than my original ever did. We did replace the original remote with this one, very easy hookup. No problems. I love it.
