Hands down my favorite work accessory. It makes your video calls look so much more professional, and with the lighting, consistent across all times of day and spaces you may be sitting in. The quality is high and the tactile feel of the dimmer is excellent.I have NEVER left a review before but this is 1000% the BEST! It's been my go to for 5+ years.

This webcam is good, its crispier than most logitech webcams, the webcam mic is tinny when you scream loud tho, so use a headset mic or a type of mic like the Blue Yeti.

I find it hilarious how most electronics seem to stop working almost immediately after they are out of warranty. Razer is no exception. The camera itself is awesome when it's working, but from my experience and research this particular camera has a very short shelf life. I haven't used it more than a couple hours of total use, and right before the warranty expired it just died. It happened once during a meeting, and then it finally bit the dust shortly thereafter. The camera had no video, the ring light would barely come on and it would flicker, and it would make these electronic whining noises when flickering. I was able to get it replaced before the warranty expired, but that process was a complete nightmare. It's extremely difficult to navigate their warranty claim process through their website and there's no phone number to call for help. Fast forward 3 months and the "replacement" camera died yet again after just a few short uses, except now it's out of warranty so it's just a piece of junk. This camera is a complete ripoff and massive headache. I will be adding Razer to my list of brands to never buy from, right next to MSI. Don't buy this camera!

I recently started using the Razer Kiyo for my streaming and video calls, and I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations. The setup was a breeze; it’s plug-and-play, and it works seamlessly with various streaming software.One minor drawback is that the focus can sometimes be a bit finicky if I move around a lot, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, the Razer Kiyo has significantly improved my streaming quality and made my setup feel more complete. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their online presence!

the picture quality is much better than the 10+ year old microsoft lifecam that I was using before. my home office is in fairly dark environment so I really like the built-in LED light and the way the camera will auto-correct for dark conditions

Delivery by Amazon was quicker than expected. Overall quality of the camera is good for its price and the small ring light helps when streaming in a darker than normal environment

All in all a good camera to get started.The video quality on the default setting is great. HOWEVER you cannot set it to 1920x1080 or 1280x720 in the Razor software, it seems to be locked at 960/720. (So make sure your software can force custom resolutions) Also you only get 60fps on the default 960/720 and 1280x720. All other resolutions are maxed at 30fps including lower resolutions such as 640/480 etc...The Dimming on the light is VERY lacking its pretty much on full blast or off.The auto focus is okay, just make sure you don't move around much as it takes a while to focus. Also if you want anything close up to the camera turn off the auto focus and set it to a static number around where you want otherwise it is very blurry and can't figure out if it should focus on your hands or the thing your holding.The mount/stand is great and the built in software lets your flip the camera so your not upside down if you hang the camera off your monitor/tv. I hang mine off my mic stand cell phone holder and the weight on the back of the camera counters the weight of the camera perfectly.The low light quality is pretty good and it adjusts quickly though a little grainy.The auto white balance works great and quickly.I don't use the built in mic but did a quick test and it seem very quiet and a little tinny.Warranty warning... Just a heads up Razor is terrible in regards to honoring their warranty so make sure everything works before Amazons return policy expires.[Rant incoming] I(and many others) have had many issues of Razor not honoring their warranty. My last problem that I had with them had the first guy approve the return and told me they would send me out a replacement but he had to send it to a different rep. A few days later that rep said they were not going to replace it and after pressing him I found out they were out of stock. And he actually told me that due to covid there' s nothing they could do about it. Even though their warranty stipulates that if an item is out of stock they will issue you a store credit. Anyway I could give many instances of this but that's not why your reading. (and hey I still bought yet another Razor product knowing they don't honor warranties. [End Rant]

Webcam ist toll. Die beigelegte Software (per Download) ist allerdings sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
