It is a sturdy furniture set and now that it has been assembled I will use it. However assembly does have its challenges. When putting the couch together I noticed that a few of the screw holes were not drilled in the right place on some of the pieces. At first I thought I did not place the pieces in the correct orientation but no matter what some did not line up. Ended up needing to drill a few holes my self. So if you are looking for something easy to assemble without the need of additional tools, I would look at other products.The cushions are usable but far from great. The seat cushions are foam and one is thicker than the others. The back cushions do not provide much support. First thing I will do is look for options to replace the cushions.Overall I would not purchase this product again and look at other options. I purchased due to the positive reviews, but looks like there are some severe quality issues which can impact the overall product.

The quality is just as good as one that’s over $1000. It was easy to assemble. It took me about 4 hours to assemble everything. The directions are straight forward. The table and ottoman were a bit frustrating because of the tight spaces. The cushions are not real comfortable but they are ok. It looks nice in the space.

This patio set is very nice especially for the reasonable price. It went together beautifully and is very sturdy. The cushions are surprisingly thick and dense, overall very comfortable. My only negative comment is about the cushion covers. They are thick and well made but do not appear to have any kind stain protection on them. I have the light brown color and they are full of stains after a short time. Dirt from dog paws, kids and just being outside and scrubbing with stain treaters and various cleaners has not gotten them out. I would suggest something like scotch guard before using them.

This set seems pretty sturdy. The 4" cushions are comfortable! The entire thing went together fairly easy with just myself. The feet levelers really do come in handy on an uneven surface. Be sure to inventory and lay out your parts and go through the assembly before actually assembling as the directions require strategic deciphering. Added bonus was the inclusion of a ratchet hex drive wrench. I recommend using a drill or electric driver with hex bits to initially get the screws in and save frustration. Only gripe, hence 4 stars, is that there were a few spots where the wicker was mis-woven (not a big deal). Also, of the plethora of screws, 3 of the inserts spun making tightening impossible (a dab of super glue fixed it) other than that it is a great value and recommend it.

We're very happy with this patio set. It came in two shipments, which arrived a couple of days apart. I contacted the seller because I was concerned that I didn't receive the entire shipment together. They responded immediately with all the pertinent shipping/tracking info. They were very nice and assured me that the 2nd shipment was on the way and should arrive within a day or two, which it did.It took a while to put it together (one person, just under an hour), but the directions were clear, all of the parts were included, plus extra screws and other small hardware pieces. Once it was fully assembled, it looks exactly like the picture, is very comfortable, the cushions are not too soft where you sink in, but have a nice sturdiness to them. The fabric, being waterproof, has a bit of a plastic or nylon kind of feel rather than the linen kind of feel that I think is more typical, but that is just a minor unexpected feature, yet still worth mentioning so you are aware. Personally, it's not enough for me to knock off any stars, it is, after all, waterproof. I also greatly appreciate that a cover is included for each piece, the couch, ottoman and table.I can't speak yet of how well this set will hold up through time, but for all the pieces you get for this price, for the initial apparent quality of the set and with my experience with the one correspondence I had with this company, I'm very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend this outdoor wicker patio set, and I believe that 5 stars is a fair and honest rating that I'm happy to give.

I read another review about them using their drill. It’s a time saver! Probably would have taken several more hours and ALOT of sweating and torn knuckles using the piddly Allen wrench included! I got a Hex set also on Amazon. I have put together several other furniture pieces without it. Trust me! Use a drill. The table assembly was a bit challenging, 2 screws would not completely fit but it didn’t affect the integrity of it. The ottoman went together in minutes. The sofa took me 2 hours though I had to take frequent breaks due to my old back. I’m a 64 YO woman who is quite handy and I was able to do it myself. Like the instructions say do not tighten until it is all put together. This may be how some are having issues with holes not lining up. Overall I’m very pleased. It’s a bit bigger than I thought, but I bought this mainly because I wanted the thicker cushions. They are 4”. The cushions fit snugly on the sofa so they really don’t slide around as I’ve read elsewhere. I would have paid $10 extra to have the cushion covers already put on. That was the biggest pain lol. Finally. They said delivery would be Feb. 1-5. I got one box on the 30th and the other on the 31st. It’s a nice piece for the price.

This has been a cute addition to our back patio. It doesn’t fit too many people so I’d almost rather have two separate chairs, which I’ve bought. The cushions are thin but not too cheap. My dogs actually sit here more than guests.

While this product does require a bit of assembly, it is WELL worth the price. Perfect size for our space and light and easy to move around. Quality seems good and very functional for our space and for outdoor living. Didn’t have any issues during assembly - directions were easy to follow and as always double check photos/directions before moving onto next step. We just need to steam the cushion covers to get out wrinkles. Would highly recommend!
