I would give this 5 stars but it’s missing a cover, as seen in the image. It’s taken me a while to get around to this.Hoping customer service will help with this issue.I don’t want to send the whole thing back cause we already put it all together. We just need a cover for one seat cushionWill give 5 stars if this can be resolved.Putting together was fairly easy, just took some time with just me. My son brought out power tools and that sped things up a lot but it still took a while to assemble.

I am pleasantly surprised with the build quality and look of it. There is a place or two where the plastic is broken in the corners but that’s to be expected. They’re comfortable and assembly was straight-forward. I would buy it again. Very interested to see how it holds up.

I am in love with these patio furniture! They are beautiful, comfortable and cozy. Definitely awesome! I have NO regrets buying these. It was easy to put them together. Great quality.

At first I was very displeased with the patio set. We assembled the structure and everything looked of good quality, but then I opened all the cushions. They come vacuum packed, but after expanding they were all very different in thickness. Some were 1 inch thick, others 4. I contacted the seller to report these issues and they responded quickly saying they would help, but to kindly wait a week or so to see if the cushions expanded more. To my surprise they did! They are now all very uniform and comfortable. The only thing I might do is buy a rubber mat for under the cushions to prevent them from slipping. Otherwise I would say it's perfect!

We purchased this item about 2 years ago and here are some observations. First, it does the job, with a few issues that are able to be worked out. Don't expect it to be comfortable, it's not, it's a basic set, but usable. The cushions are short in the back and therefore not supportive, you will need extra pillows to make it comfy, not a big deal. The end piece moves and needs to be attached better. The cushions ARE washable, but be ready for a mess when you remove them. There is a lining that deteriorates badly and when you remove the cushions to wash them that lining must be removed. I suggest you remove the lining up front when assembling them, it's useless. I had lining all over my back yard in shreds and it took hours to chase it around in the wind, it's sandy texture, like toilet paper. I washed the cushions, used Oxi Clean and they came out decent. Would I buy again, probably, since the price is so good, but I would buy in a darker color, I have the light tan and they really get dirty fast. My sectional is under a roof so I can't comment about how well it would do in the outdoor elements. Hope this helps you.

Update:A year later and the cushions have faded from the sun. I have tried looking for replacement covers but have had no luck. Reaching the seller is impossible. They are also not waterproof. Very disappointed in the product. Not worth it.This patio furniture set has its pros and cons.Pros -You can't beat the price. This is cheaper than other comparable patio sets.All four boxes arrived at the same time (if you read the reviews of the other sets, this was an issue).Arrived quicker than expected.Cons -The color depicted isn't what was received (we wanted more of a deep, wine red as the one pictured and we received red); the color isn't ugly but not what we wanted.Put together incorrectly - The furniture's pre-drilled holes used for assembly were wrongly drilled. Not only did this slow the building process, but the pieces wouldn't fit together. We were able to drill the holes we needed, but if you don't have the appropriate tools and equipment to accomplish this, you won't be able to put it together and will end up having to return it.Some of the pieces weren't labeled correctly. This too slows the process down as you're trying to figure it out.Incorrect furniture pieces were sent. For instance two left corner units instead of one right and one left. We were able to correct it by drilling our own holes but we shouldn't have had to do that.In terms of comfortability - neutral rating. The furniture isn't uncomfortable, but it isn't comfortable either.All in all, the set was economical and looks nice. Not the color we expected to get, but nice nonetheless.
