Other than the paint, this a decent binder. Use for securing small logs that will be cut and split for firewood. I can easily recommend and they are reasonably priced for the quality.

I did try them out,..and I am very satisfied. Used snap binders my whole life,...I really like these better. Paint is not the best,..I knew this going into it from reading other reviews,..chips and scratches really easy,..not a deal breaker for me,.these things are going to get abused,..I would recommend
