I bought this to hold my cat's ashes. It arrived on time, was well packaged, and looks absolutely beautiful, the color gives it a truly regal appearance. There's no damage to box or item, and I look forward to many years of this serving as the resting place for my girl.

Everything about this urn is wonderful! It’s a nice size, solid and looks very elegant - the details are amazing! I agree with other reviews about the lid not being too secure, so be careful moving it around. Once on it’s fine.

This urn is beautiful in person. I have a lot of Egyptian art in my home, and this sits perfectly. I bought it because my great big black siamese fur babe passed. I always thought she looked like Bastet. I bought gorilla glue to seal the urn. Expensive but worth every penny.

I purchased this to place the ashes of my two Siamese cats in. I am very pleased with the quality of this item. It is everything and more of what I expected. It has a good weight to it and it is very solid. The size is just right for my needs.

My 17 year old cat passed away and we wanted this for his ashes. He had a very elegant Egyptian look so a Canopic Jar is the perfect urn for his final repose. The detail and finish are flawless. The size is on the large side of perfect, and the overall effect of the jar is superb. and it was packed in that cheap, flaky styrofoam, but the jar itself was sealed in a bag, so no little pieces got stuck to it with annoying amounts of static. This made it a little easier to say goodbye to a long time friend. One nice feature, the lid has a solid bottom, it's flat, so it will be easy to secure it closed once we get him back. I have zero bad things to note about this item.

Had to euthanize my almost 15 year old cat. I had this urn ready for the dreadful day. The cat on it reminded me of royalty, which is fitting because he was treated and lived like a king. Although broken hearted, knowing he’s in this beautiful urn gave me and still gives me peace. He was 13 lbs, down from 26. This urn is big enough for me to put some keepsake and the ashes of another cat.Unfortunately our almost 15 year old dog is being euthanized in less than two weeks. Not even two months apart. I will be looking for something for her and will search for the something similar from the manufacturer and through this seller to have it ready for the dreadful day.

Arrive very quickly. But when I opened it I noticed it was damaged…. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating if it hadn’t arrived with a chip out of it. Thankfully it was fixable and it’s not noticeable.

Noting that this urn is made of resin, I was a little nervous that it might be lightweight and resemble cheap plastic but I really love the quality and elegant look of this beautiful memorial piece. I was delighted to find it is weighty, well-made, carefully painted, and less breakable than ceramic; I am overjoyed knowing it will be a proper tribute and perfect resting place and for my furry little princess. It was just the right size to hold her ashes in a corked glass bottle, a scrap of her favorite blanket, a bit of catnip, and a couple of her favorite toys.

Much bigger then anticipated, purchased for a pet not thinking it would be human sized. The seal on the lid is very flimsy, will be super glueing it shut once filled. Otherwise craftsmanship is beautiful! Very weighty and expensive looking

During the week between Christmas and New Year's, my little 17 year old tiger cat passed away. As a tiny kitten she'd literally run into my house and then stole my heart. When naming her, "Sekhmet" (lion headed Egyptian goddess) kept popping into my head, so I went with it. Being a neurotic little thing, she quickly became Sekkie the suck-up. Needless to say, I'm heartbroken. In the past, when I'd lost a beloved pet, friends graciously allowed me to use a small piece of their rural property. Between a nasty winter, issues with erosion, and coyote looking to dig up anything they could, cremation was the best option. I looked through dozens of listings for pet urns and they were either too sappy or too plain. This urn was the perfect and most fitting choice. It's beautifully made, there is a thin felt pad on the bottom of the jar as well as the bottom of the top/head. While the top doesn't seal, I plan to put it on a shelf where the top won't get knocked off. The cremains of my little auld tiger fit inside with room to spare, so when my remaining cat passes (hopefully a decade or so from now), she can rest with Sek.Tl;Dr: a quality piece that would be a lovely room decoration for those fond of Egyptian art, as well as being ths "purrfect" resting place for a feline companion.
