After a few washes, the gold paint started coming off. I went to dry the pot, and the paint started coming off onto the paper towel. Besides just being cheap, I can’t imagine that’s good for anyone’s health.

I recently picked up this Ramen Pot, and it’s been a game-changer for my ramen nights. First off, it heats water incredibly quickly—boiling in just around two minutes. The pot itself is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and features a durable double-handle design1. I also adore its traditional gold color, which adds a touch of authenticity to my cooking. Even the packaging is impressive! Lastly, it is made in Korea (not China)--it is important for quality issues.

Is has scretch on the surface.Be careful do dishwash in person. It has sharp edge.

I like that it has everything ready to cook- I already have 2 of these and this is my 3rd pot, and this pot is cheaper than the Korean market price including delivery . The size is great and the utensils that are included is an extra perk.I bought it for my best friend who likes watching K drama. I am sure she is going to love it.

1-2 servings of ramen is the best in the pot. The small broth bowl that comes with it reminds me of Korean snack bars. Everything is made in Korea, so the quality is good. I will order several as Christmas gifts.

This is a set that brings together everything you need to enjoy a bowl of authentic ramen the way they do in Asia.I love the fact that all of these pieces were made in South Korea. It feels great supporting local workers in a vibrant democracy. The seller is South Korean too.This set consists of a few pieces: an aluminum pot, a pair of chopsticks, a spoon, and a plastic dish to prepare the egg for your ramen.- The ramen pot itself is made of aluminum, so it's very thin and very light. This is actually how they prefer to cook ramen noodles in many parts of Asia; the aluminum heats up quickly so the water boils fast. I've seen people elsewhere on Amazon complain if their pot gets a dent in it or if the coloring wear off, but that's kind of the nature of the beast with pots like this. You can make your pot last longer if you follow the instructions on the label. They're in Korean, but they essentially say 1) Do not heat it when it's empty, 2) Use a soft cloth when cleaning, 3) Do not use strong detergents, 4) dry completely when storing for a long time.- The utensils are quintessentially Korean, from the long solid spoon to the flat chopsticks that they use in Korea.- The egg dish is commonly used to prepare the ramen noodle egg, which usually has an orange, slightly gooey inside.If you know someone serious about ramen, this would make a great gift.
