Bought this for filling my travel trailer water tank so I know exactly how much water I put into the tank for calculating weight. Works perfect and love the flip screen feature.

I've had several of these types of devices in the past ... all have worked, to a point, but none lasted very long. I've not had this one very long, but it is by far the best I've tried. It feels very solid, and the connections are much higher quality than others I've had. I really like the reversible face, which allows me to see the numbers right side up. All the others I've had were fixed, and I had to read the volume of water I was putting into my tank upside down. I would recommend this product. I have not received anything for this review.

Great product. Very accurate, and easy to use. Like the way you can flip the screen was just to press the button. Would highly recommend this meter.

I purchased this for the compact size and ease of use. For my home irrigation system I really couldn’t ask for a better deal. This does everything I need it too and a bit more! Excellent quality.

Rainpoint makes and sells good products so when this flowmeter became available I jumped on the chance to try it out.I have a small orchard, several gardens, and five pens of various livestock that need water more than once a day. Short of waiting for the water company to tell me how much I use in total over a month, I had nothing to calculate daily usage until now. With this meter I can read, not only the flow rate but also water consumption over various periods. Until you get used to their push button menu, it's best to keep the instructions in your work vest pocket or the meter - they will come in quite handy until you get used to it.The meter comes complete with a battery- just plug and play as they say - and includes a few ready spares. Both connections are brass to limit galvanic corrosion. 5 year warranty shows the faith they have in their product quality.If you need a good flowmeter at a decent price, this is the one you'll want.Note: I did not test accuracy. Within a gallon is fine for me though this flowmeter measures to the tenths.Now that I've experienced how well this works, I will buy more for each of the outdoor faucets on the property.

I’ve only been testing it a short while but this meter has all the characteristics of another quality product from RainPoint. The device is very compact and easy to install. They include plumbers tape and extra washer/screen and washers should the hose your attaching need its washer replaced. Also included is a CR2032 button battery. I would have preferred AAA batteries but that would not be possible to do and keep the devices very compact size, which is a plus.The display and Menu operation are easy to read and straight forward. A small, but useful, feature is that the display screen can be flipped 180 degrees at the touch of a button for easier viewing when installed.I am using it on pasture sprinklers to measure the volume of water needed over a given time to give the pasture the right amount of water to thrive but not over water and waste it. The Flow Meter easily attaches and dis attaches from a hose bib so its easy to move it from faucet to faucet to establish the proper run times. I will be doing the same for my garden drip runs.As they age out I have been replacing my old ranch and garden watering devices with RainPort ones, especially multi-port timers. They’ve been more reliable and easy to use compared to the other major brand I’d been using.

This meter will help me keep track of my watering usage for my garden and power washer. Giving it a quick test, it seemed to be pretty accurate with the amount of water being used. Not sure how long the battery will last, but it is a pretty common coin cell size, so that should not be an issue. The display will turn off after about 1 minute. I did notice that the back battery compartment cover now has a screw to keep it from moving. You will need to remove this screw first, then you can turn the door to open it. It is a solidly built unit. Brass fittings are a real plus as most stuff is either plastic or cheap metal that will cause it to fuse to your mating connector.
