Most 2-post networking relay racks use 12-24 threads, while Dell servers tend to use the 10-32 standard. Typically used for mounting of server equipment, rackmount shelves, switches, routers, patch panels and other networking, electronic and data equipment. They�re a faster, easier option than tapping holes or using snap on cage nuts. For a strong, secure fit, just slide a nut retainer over the edge of the rail, locking them into the pre-punched holes. They're nuts, for your cage. They do what they're supposed to and hold well. Have used most of the bag and had zero defects. Will definitely order this brand when I need more.
