With the Rachio app, I can easily manage and monitor my hose watering from my phone, which is super convenient. Installation was very straightforward, and the integration with Google Home was simple and effective. I wouldn't hesitate to expand the system with another timer!

The build quality of the device is really good. The app is also really slick and easy to use. If you are buying this for use outside of North America beware though. The thread on the device does not quite match Australian tap sizes. You will need some Teflon tape and an extra gasket to reduce the depth of the fitting, otherwise it will not make a good seel.

This item was a game changer. I loved having the backyard set up, not only on a timer but having the ability to control remotely as well as it, skipping water cycles according to the weather in our area, it worked so well we bought my father-in-law one. I never had to mess with it or fuss with it once it was set up. It’s like you actually forget it’s there. we did add a splitter off of the house so we could use another hose at leisure and didn’t have to undo the sprinkler set for the garden area
