Not as sharp as I was hoping for but they did the job well enough. Could have been user error and concern for taking a chunk of hide out of myself or my animals. Bought them for some difficult trim spots on my goats. The girls came to me with bad feet and I am learning how to trim and improve them.

Love these for trimming my horses feet but they seem to dull rather quickly. Great product for the price though!

These knives are low quality.The stainless blades are very thin. Thinner than a typical hoof knife and they look like someone used pliers to bend the hook at the end.The blades do not have an even curvature to them and have notched areas where bent so that the blade is straight in some areas and then bent a little to achieve the bend and the hook at the tip… like I stated previously, looks like someone used pliers to achieve the bend and hook and didn’t do a very good job at that.

These huff hooks are also great for cleaning. Jalapenos. Multi-use use one for the horses. Save the other one for the jalapenos. They work great for cleaning the inside of the jalapenos so you can make delicious poppers.
