This particular rivet brand are cheap and do not hold well, if at all. When the mandrel snaps off, the newly formed "head" snaps off as well. Out of about 50 attempts, only 2 held. The others snapped off and the remains had to be drilled out and replaced. I attempted to make these work to the point that I used too many to allow for a return. Do yourself a favor and go for more expense brands of rivets. I ordered a different brand that were considerably more expensive and have had a zero failure rate after using well over 150 rivets. Buyer beware...you get what you pay for.

They tend to be a little tough after you go threw, a couple hundred,used them redoing my jon boat.
