I suffered for like two weeks using these pillows as the come. They were way too hard and I was having the worst sleep ever. I was about to give up and order something different, when I checked the ad. As a last ditch effort I removed a gallon size bag of filling from the king pillow. Perfection! Soft but supportive and cooling. Now I understand all the great reviews. Well worth the cost.

I love these pillows! They come very firm but you can remove the filling to your liking. I've had them for a few months and they have held up. One side is silky and COLD which I love when I get hot in the middle of the night. The other side is cotton feeling and like a normal pillow. You can also still feel the cold side even if you put a pillow case on the pillow. Overall, it gives great head support and I would buy them again.

I'm a side sleeper. I buy new pillows every 6 months. I have bought probably 6 different pillows that were $100 each from Sleep number. These are the best I bought so far. Easily could have sold them at $100 each. They are cold and soft. The fabric is very nice. Strong zipper. Build quality is a 10. At $20 a pop, I'm ordering 6 more just in case they stop making these.

Perfect comfort

I have tried over a dozen different kinds of pillows to help me sleep comfortably and this by far has been the best pillow. At first I wasn't sure about the cooler side of the pillow since I don't tend to like my pillow to be cold but I have to say there have been a warmer nights recently and I do find myself using the cooler side of the pillow and I love that it actually does stay cooler even after washing and drying this a few times it still has that cooler side of the pillow feel. I do prefer the softer side but I really love that I have the option for both. I really like how easy it is to pull off my pillow cover toss it in the wash and still have that inner pillow protected it has a really good zipper on the inside and I absolutely really really love that I can adjust the thickness of my pillow because it does come with extra love or memory foam that shredded which you can add to make it more firm or you can take it out to make it a little flatter and there are days where I feel like I want more firmness so I'll add a little extra of the memory foam some days I don't feel like I need as much so I can take out when I feel like I want to or need to and this pillow really just gives me the right amount of comfort softness support easy to wash I really couldn't ask for more. I have sleep apnea and I feel like in comparison to other pillows which are supposed to help you with neck pain or snoring Etc this one although I can't say it's done anything for my snoring I do feel like I sleep better and deeper and more comfortably with this pillow so I highly recommend it

I spent countless hours searching for pillows based on Amazon reviews. I’ve had these for 2.5 months now. These are great value. Here’s why -- Cooling effect (wake up hot and just flip it over)- Adjustable fill- Shell is soft and feels high quality- Reshape by plumping in morning- 2 layer shell so you can washKnock off one star bc they are a little bit lumpy compared to feather but I prefer the bounce back on these.

Shredded Memory Foam Pillow promises customizable comfort with its adjustable fill, but for side sleepers, it may fall short in providing the necessary support. After using it for a few weeks, I found that it didn’t meet my expectations for a good night's sleep.Design: This pillow features a blend of shredded memory foam, which allows for some adjustability. The outer cover is soft and breathable, promoting airflow and keeping it cool during the night. The design is appealing, but aesthetics alone don’t compensate for comfort issues.Performance: The pillow remained too thin for side sleeping. Even though the seller claims we can contact them for extra filling, there is no real option of getting in touch. As a result, I often woke up with shoulder discomfort, as my neck wasn’t adequately supported. The lack of firmness in the fill made it difficult to find a comfortable position, leading to restless nights. For back or stomach sleepers, this pillow might work better, but side sleepers will likely struggle.

Experiences of neck pains urged me to purchase this pillow. Neck pains have gone and I’ve had the best sleep. It’s firm but soft enough it sinks to the position of your head/neck/shoulder perfectly; and when it gets too warm just take off the pillow case and the enjoyment of a cool night is top notch

Current pillows before this one: To try to get comfortable I have been sleeping with a down pillow under my head and down/feather pillows under each arm and whatever I happen to have in the bed for under my knees or between my knees depending on my position.Sleep position: I start the night on my back and then switch to a side/stomach position for the rest of the night - and switching from one side to the other.Reason for switching: Even laying on my back with all those pillows my arms would fall asleep with my old pillow.If I was laying on my side, my shoulders would get very sore. On my stomach, I was struggling to get comforable too. The loft has been gone from my old down pillows for awhile and it was time to try something new.Experience with this pillow:Cover: Wow the material is COLD. So I wouldn't call it a "cooling" pillow, the material itself is cold, almost like an ice pack. When it's extra cold in the room, I have to flip it over to the bamboo side so I"m not too cold. But for when I want coolnees, there's always part of the pillow that is cool for me to move my face/head onto.Loft/Filling: The first night I tried it as is. I do sleep in ALL positions: back, side and stomach so I didn't expect one pillow to do it all. For the first night it was great for both laying on my back and on my side. But it was too high to comfortably lay on my stomach. Night two and beyond I removed 2 large ziplock bags of foam and it was then perfect in ALL positions.Smell: No I didn't detect an odour or any off gasing and l I'm very sensitive to this smell in general.Out of the bag: I put it straight into the dryer along with 3 softballs that I wrapped inside of mitts/hats and each one inside of a ziplock bag. I put it on low heat for 10 minutes and the pillow were fully expanded and ready to use.Overall impression: I LOVE this pillow more than I could have imagined. It gives me enough loft and support that when I lay on my side, I do not squish/hurt my shoulder at all. On my back I sink in like a down pillow and it's really soft and comfortable. It is the tiniest bit too high on my stomach but if I put my head nearer to the end of the pillow, there's less foam there and it works out.Would I buy it again? 10/10 yes! My son already bought one after I reluctantly let him try mine one night. He loves it too. He has been complaining about not having enough support in his pillows. I will buy another one and take out more of the foam so I have one that's perfect for laying on my back and side (the one I have now) and one that is perfect for when I sleep on my stomach instead of one that's almost perfect.I'm SUPER picky when it comes to pillows and I don't expect one pillow to work for all positions. However if you don't sleep on your back, side AND stomach like I do, I'm confident you can find the right amount of foam to remove/keep to have it work for you too. I've also recommened this pillow to two friends with neck problems.I'll also add that I have not had any issues with my arms/hands/fingers falling asleep when using this pillow in any position. I'm happy with the price too (I paid $42 CAD and I had a $3 off coupon) as I was considering pillow that appear to be very similar but they were over $100 more.
