Pillows aren’t quite as fluffy as I expected but they are very comfortable. No chemical smells upon opening. Puffed right up. Nice soft pillows.

I bought these pillows because the description says that they are a “down alternative.” Having grown up sleeping on down pillows, I can’t say that this is a suitable alternative to down. It’s a comfortable enough pillow, but it does not “squish” like real down does. It molds to your head, but there’s still not the same “give” that there is with down. It was a little too firm for me… enough so that it disrupted my sleep. I tried it for a month. Overall, I think this is a very good quality pillow, but just not my cup of tea.

For maximum comfort, these pillows are so soft and lux that you will feel as if you are sleeping on a cloud.I have tried down pillows that eventually feel mashed and uncomfortable for my head and expensive cooling pillows that do not work. However, these pillows make you feel weightless, do not run hot under your head, and are a great value.

Thought I would love these pillows because I am a side sleeper. I allowed them to open to full size but after sleeping on one for 3 nights, I have the most awful muscle cramp in my neck, shoulder and upper back. They are nice as far as the plumpness goes but very uncomfortable. And of course, you can't return them after they are opened after they are used &"not in original condition". Save your money, I'll go back to my Eddie Bauer pillow because even tho it is flatter, I don't have a terrible cramp in my muscles.

They never get flat, if they do you just have to fluff them up and they’re back to normal. Great pillows, bought them on sale for $20 and they are super comfortable.

They come compressed so we sit them on our patio for 24 hours to let them expand. Then we wash them with Downey fabric softener and then put in the dryer with bounce and a tennis ball. They come out beautifully fluffy. Good value for the money. They work for both side sleeping and back sleeping.
