This product is definitely super soft and has some buoyancy! There seems to be fluffy scraps as well and foamy scraps, and I imagine the foam is what gives it that buoyancy. I used it to stuff a small felt toy and it *almost* had a squishmallow feel to it so I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the strips of foam were a little too big but I was easily able to cut them smaller to fit into the toy. The pack is a bit small for the price but it is not just your average bag of fluffy scraps, it has some quality.

Okay, so this isn't a huge amount of stuffing, but it's certainly enough for a pillow or two. The Memory Foam is nice and springy. Just give it time to expand when you open the package.

I ordered a pillow that actually needed more stuffing to make it more comfortable for me. This product really works well. The weight was comfortable. It didn’t have a smell and it supported my head and neck really well and it seems to be durable.
