If you putting this on an area that chairs will be on for get it. The directions say let sit for 20 minutes, I let mine test piece sit for 3 hour be testing and this is what I got. It does look good if don’t mess with it.

One coat to seal, then one coat placed a nice wet look shine. I was very satisfied with the results.

It's labeled 'Pro Shine High' but it leaves a dull uneven finish that looks milky & water spots. It also wears off immediately & made my floor look dirty & dingy. Only appeared 'Wet-Looking' when actually wet & took a long time to dry....sticky. I used to buy FUTURE Floor Finish, so was hoping for that same outcome. Sadly disappointed & unfortunately bought 4 gallons! Waste of money, time & energy! A clean, dull floor looks better than one with this on it! Not cheap either!!!!!
