When I first got my unit, I could not get my CarPlay to work. It kept disconnecting. I work with Support agent Carradioafterservice and he was awesome. FaceTime me walk me through the process several times that way that I know for sure how to connect my system going forward. Thank you for the support and I will always buy products from here due to the customer service I received.

Installed on 2019 GMC sierra Denali. ATT doesn’t provide 4g for this device through a SIM card. U will have to use another carrier(we have ATT) or use a hot spot on your phone to run the device which is fine and what we did. Device was easy to install and works great. All functions are an available through the device. Several adapter cords are not needed on my model truck such as the external speaker and microphone. Great picture quality on the device. Can run youtube tv or any app on it which is really nice.i would have given it 5 stars if the SIM card worked for ATT service but it didn’t.

Ordered the radio and it showed up 2 days later. Installed it myself in just a couple of hours. Very easy, no wires to splice, all plug and play. There are a few things that need to be done to get it configured correctly to your specific vehicle. Now it was kind of late by the time I got to this process but I sent an email to the seller (who is in China I believe) and received a response the next day before lunch while I was at work, so we set up a time to call after work. Customer support was awesome. Although there was a slight language barrier, his English is way better than my Chinese, he did a video call with me to show me the step by step process to get it working correctly and had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend this product and customer service was the best I've ever had to deal with. Looks like a factory radio but with all the bells and whistles and then some. Very happy with this purchase
