Packaging was missing the ring terminal cable. Quad lock replaced within a week.A great product to keep gadgets powered without having to remember to turn on or off.

Bought this to go with my Quad lock wireless charger. It was fairly easy to install. The cord was plenty long enough. It keeps my phone charged during my rides. I like that I can toggle it to on/off/auto power options. I keep it on auto so the power turns off when my bike does. (I can lift my seat and switch it to on in case I need to have it on when my bike is off) Best quality investment for wireless charging!

I had the switch on auto but it never automatically turned off and drained my battery. The other pieces to the mount were cheap also and fell apart while riding on a bumpy road. Very unhappy.

It worked great for a few months. Always shut down with the auto setting but after a few months or a monsoon rain I went through, dont know what happened but it will not shut off on its own. May rewire it to an accessory that shuts off with the ignition. Other than that its great.

This is an awesome product and works for any USB powered device. I have it connected to my QuadLock magnetic charger in Auto model. It powers up when the bike's voltage hits 14 and powers off when voltage drops to 12.5, which is a long time after shutting the bike off. At first I didn't think it was working properly and had to check the instructions to find out that it stays on until it reaches the low point.

Installed this smart usb charger after replacing my brand new battery on my r7 2022. I made sure it was in auto when the seat was assembled. Only one downside is that when the ignition key is in OFF position, my charger head still lid blue. Came back 5 minutes still lid so I turned off the charger head button. Like everyone mentioned, this product might not work for lithium ion battery. Other than that, it works as expected and it's the only reason why I gave it 4 🌟

Automatic switch does not work till the battery drains till 12.7! My bike needs full power to crank up.You think they would advise you somewhere in product description! Useless..
