I was about to write a scathing review for this product but after about 2 hours of component and PC and monitor swapping, I narrowed my problem down to an HDMI cable that went bad. I unplugged my laptop t take it to work and when I got back and reattached everything, my second monitor refused to work. At first the symptoms appeared to follow channel 2 where this converter was installed however on a hunch I swapped cables and everything worked perfectly after that.An HDMI cable is not an HDMI cable. Some are cheap. Many are cheap. This USB C to HDMI Adapter however does still work properly even 4 months after purchase. My so called "high quality HDMI cable" on the other hand.... not so much.

The price was right. I bought the adapter for quick delivery.The problem - No Video Signal Detected by the monitor.I returned the adapter and bought Anker USB-C to HDMI Adapter - 8K@60Hz or 4K@144Hz. The cost was 3 times more expensive and took two days for delivery for the Anker adapter. The Anker adapter works perfectly.Cheap price and quick delivery are neither when the product does not work.Buyer beware.

I bought this for $6.99 on June 24, 2024 and am quite happy with it. There are some things you use every day and think about a lot—this is not one of them. It serves its purpose perfectly by being plugged in once and I have never had to even consider it again since, it has done its job perfectly and without assistance or regard. May we all be so diligent.

El adaptador es estupendo, funciona perfectamente y da una muy buena calidad de imagen.Sin embargo a mi no me sirvió para lo que lo necesitaba. Quería agregar una segunda pantalla a mi portátil HP 250 G8 pero NO es compatible ya que el USBC que lleva este modelo no incluye transferencia de vídeo, sólo datos, y este método no funciona. Culpa mía por no investigarlo primero. Espero que este comentario sirva de utilidad a otros compradores.Sí que pude probarlo con mi teléfono Oneplus y mi tablet Samsung en los que funcionó automáticamente y a la perfección. Me lo quedo por si en alguna ocasión lo uso con ellos para enseñar fotos a alguien o poner algún contenido en TVs sin Internet.
