We have had to replace our handrail brackets many times. These are much more heavy duty than the ones we’ve purchased through big box stores like Lowe’s and Menards.

This product although it feels strong, it came with a couple of scratches. I would say the quality is not the best. The screws they provide strip easy too so I would recommend using other screws.

These stair brackets are beautiful compared to my previous and looks to be very solid. I am very pleased.

We tried several times to tighten the screws on our hardwood handrail and 4 are broken with the broken parts remaining in the wood, and there is no way to get them out since the cutoff surface is at the wood surface level. We dare not to try further steps using its original screws to get into deeper trouble. And it wasted our whole morning trying to figure out a solution to install the handrail in our new home.
