Item arrived on time and box was undamaged. Once opened. the items inside were all over the place with tons of broken styrofoams(they need to stop using these). Items had minor scratches(no biggie) due to being shaken without much protection. Most of the items were wrapped in some type of narrow cling wrap. Imagine non adhesive packing tape wrapping around large items like a mummy. Unwrapping and cleaning up million pieces of styrofoam stuck everywhere due to static took about 20 minutes.Building only took about 15 minutes. There were no missing pieces and it was nice that they provide you with the tools, including a screwdriver. Make sure you have a good hex tool. The one that came with it was very cheap and became unusable very quickly. The directions sucked... It was more like an outline than a direction and it seems to skip steps and not very clear. On the plus side, the item isnt really hard to put together, so you can figure it out without much trouble.The stabilizing bracket for the desk was welded bit slanted which caused the whole table to wobble and be unstable. It was so bad, that i needed to put a 3/4 inch wooden block on one leg to prevent it from wobbling. Althought this worked, the desk was still slanted. I ended up buying few metal washers and put them underneath the bracket to even out the slant, which corrected the issue.Once built the desk seems to be sturdy. The crank works well, desk drawer is nice and all the features seems to be good. The backpack hook could be larger. Note that to raise or lower the chair, you need to unscrew 4 bolts and rescrew them to hold the chair in place(tedious). On side note the light that comes with the desk uses a usb connection. you will need to provide your own usb block to use the light. Minor annoyance with the light. each tap on power button changes its brightness from low to high, and on the fourth tap it turns off the lamp. It would have been nice to have seperate button for power and brightness.Overall its a nice desk, but needs better quality control. If the bracket was welded corrected, I would definitely give it a solid 4 stars, even with the horid directions and packaging.**customer service reached out and resolved my issues. kuddos to the seller for standing by their product.

Very impressed with the product, especially considering its price. Our daughter (almost 5) loves it. Assembling was a bit confusing at times, but certainly not that hard.

Table and chair is sturdy enough to hold even big kids and ample space for kids to keep their stuffs. Took out one star because of the poor assembly instructions and poor design for the pull out tray.

This is a great little desk for the money and my daughter loves it! Be prepared to assemble slowly and look carefully at the directions at least twice, as they aren’t overly clear. Even having to redo a couple parts though it took me less than 2 hours to assemble on my own.

Once it is together it is a excellent little desk. The adjustment isn't the easiest, but it keeps the kids from trying to do it on their own. Over all I'm very happy with it
