Excellent product and great customer service from Parts-Quick. It is as well made as the other memory DIMM for the HP 4240n Printer, also shown on Amazon, but only costs half as much. Trust me, I have bought both of them.Their customer service is as outstanding as their product. I was trying to put the DIMM in label side up as that was how the original 64MB from HP was inserted. Their customer service rep explained to me how to align the two asymmetrical notches on the bottom of the DIMM with the matching bumps at the base of the memory slot and presto it fit right in. And the label was facing down for those of you attempting the same upgrade at home or work without IT assistance.I am a very happy camper.
