I spent almost a year deciding what indoor pizza oven to purchase and finally decided on the Equipex PZ-430S. This was a great choice. EUIPEX manufactures food service equip built to last and the delivery was stunning - on a pallet by motor freight with a yellow cardboard pyramid on top to wan off any stacking on pallet. Super foamed - could have withstood a nuclear attack (well, practically). I have been baking on a pizza steel for years at 550F steel IR measures 635 ish - NY Style and while the pizzas were very good - the Eqipex oven is phenomenal. tops are cooked to bubbling perfection. Using a screen to launch (then remove afer 2 mins to avoid a mess on the stone. Perfect - would buy again - A great acquisition experience and a great pizza experience. HIGHLY Recommend (my other choice was Waring WPO500 but looking at Pizza Forum - it has bottom issues with burning)If you are on the fence and can live with 16 inch pizzas - this oven is great - pull the trigger!
