From how it looks its sturdy enough to carry 6 electric guitars and 1 bass guitar. The foam at the bottom couldve been full length but it has a bit of a gap in the middle. For the price id say its a steal

Not sure I would want to move this about much or hold 7 guitars in it but perfect for my needs.

This Pyle Multi-Guitar Stand is a decent option for storing multiple guitars, but it comes with some caveats. Firstly, the stand arrived with a faulty screw that completely prevented assembly. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Luckily, I was able to find a replacement screw at my local hardware store, and once that was fixed, the stand became usable. With the new screw in place, the stand is reasonably stable. It holds my seven guitars without any issues, and the padding seems adequate to protect the instruments. However, I'm still a bit wary about the overall build quality given the initial problem with the screw.Pros:Holds a good number of guitarsAdequate paddingRelatively stable (once fixed)Cons:Arrived with a broken screw, rendering it unusable out of the boxQuestionable build qualityNot the most aesthetically pleasing designOverall, this stand does the job, but the quality control issues are a concern. If you're willing to potentially deal with some minor assembly problems, it's an okay option for the price. However, if you're looking for something truly reliable and worry-free, you might want to consider spending a bit more on a higher-quality stand.

The good news is this rack functions as it should and is value priced. The bad news is some design and material compromises were made to get to the price point. The metal tubing is adequate but not heavy duty. As for the sturdiness, it does have a bit of wobble but should be fine as long as you don't abuse it. If you plan to set it up and leave it in place it works fine. The foam padding is good quality. The foam on the top rail is split to accommodate the spacers and they used plastic tape to hold it together which is probably my biggest concern. It can hold up to 7 guitars assuming they are all relatively thin. If you are using it for acoustics or fat hollowbody guitars it would hold less. Overall I'm happy with it.

How could this be better than I thought? Because I thought it would be really flimsy and wobbly. Because I thought it would put the guitars too close together. Because I thought I wouldn’t like it.But I do!!Now, with that, let me say that sitting still, it does a fabulous job of holding the guitars. I don’t believe it is meant to be moved while the guitars are sitting in it (yes I tried to “scootch” it over a little when I first set it up. Don’t do that).Second, if you have tremolo bars on your guitars, then yes, they get a little close together. And acoustics obviously take up a lot more room. But I have 4 electrics, a bass, and 1 acoustic in mine and it is working beautifully.

Very easy to install (comes in a few large parts), sturdy, simple design that protects even nitro finishes! I have high end Fender Custom Shops and PRS Custom core guitars with very delicate nitrocellulose finishes and never an issue with this stand. Any nitro finish is soft so if overly concerned, put a microfiber towel down under the guitar touch points. It sits up nicely on any floor, even carpet, but realize your guitars will lean into this unit so allow a little space behind it if against a wall. It hold electrics and acoustics of most shapes and sizes, but note it is not easily adjustable. If you use each slot, your guitars will be snug so use care pulling in and out as there are no dividers except up near the headstock.I saw a few questions about portability or using at gigs....this is NOT designed to be taken down and transported to gigs or tough enough for the road. They make other portable versions of these that are sturdier and collapse down into a suitcase size portable case for gigs. For the price paid, this is a good value and nice product to leave in a music room or practice studio. It is of good quality but don't expect high end at this price. If you plan to treat this rough or move it often, this might not be the product for you.I managed to rid my practice space of 8 individual guitar stands and now every guitar is in one small area against a wall looking very professional. I highly recommend it!

Some of these reviews had me worried but I figured for the price it was worth trying and it ended up being one of the best purchases I've made as far as music equipment goes. I wouldn't take it on tour or anything but it's great for having at home. It was easy to put together, it's fairly sturdy, the padding is solid and protects the guitars body and neck, it's a great price, and it's convenient if you have multiple guitars.I've not run into any of the issues some of the other negative reviewers have. Don't stand on it or use it as a support structure and it'll serve you just fine. The guitars lean back at a good angle and don't ever feel like they'll fall off or forward, even if if the stand was shook or bumped into. It says it holds 7 guitars and that's true if they're all solid body guitars, larger hollow bodies and acoustics will take up two spaces. Right now I have a Strat, a Jaguar, an Epiphone LP Special II, and a 12 string acoustic on mine and I could easily fit another two electrics or one other acoustic. The spacing between the guitars is also pretty close, I think it could do with a about 2-3 more inches between the pegs, but as long as you're even the slightest bit careful when you take them out and put them away you won't have any issues with them bumping into each other.
