These stands are perfect for holding student guitars. However, I would appreciate if the shipping would be such that the product would arrive ready to use. I ordered five of these - three arrived broken. There are small plastic sleeves that hold the stand together (one on each side). These sleeves are the parts that break. The company accepted the return of one of these. When 2 of the next 3 I ordered had broken sleeves, I just glued them together, rather than return them.To reiterate, the stands are great, but they don't all arrive in good condition.

I picked this one over something similar that was ~$30 cheaper because it appeared that the neck forks were movable so I could place both acoustics and electrics however I wanted and with them not able to flop around sideways, perhaps hitting each other. They are, I am happy to report. Quality foam around the bottom bars that support the guitar weight. Happy that it is of very good quality design and no assembly required, just unbox and unfold, excellent! Nice job, Pyle.

Le support est arrivé casser au niveau des deux fixations de la base avec les parties coulissante noir en plasique qui est beaucoup trop fragiles et ne supportera pas le poids de 5 basses electrique.La partie supérieure les pinces font le job, les instruments sont correctement soutenus.Mais pour la partie de la base, il faut vraiment bricoler un peu. Une vis a tete plate pour reprendre les deuxpieds est indispensable, mais le stand ne sera plus pliable.Pour le prix il faudrait franchement renforcer la partie coulissante du support.

The collars for the sliding mechanism are thin plastic and were cracked at the bolt point. This is pre-assembled, and not user-assembled. I got a replacement through Amazon after I received the first one, and the second one had the exact same damage. This is not a workable product. The collar will need to be made of a sturdier material to work as designed.The product and box also appeared used/damaged, though the broken collar doesn't seem to be associated with any shipping damage.Even though the product is in a sealed bag, the stand's feet appear dirty as though it was used or a second-line product that was damaged.At least Amazon has been good about the return.

The 2 connecting brackets were broken in the package. I wish I had checked out more reviews before purchase.

I ordered the five-guitar stand. Everything was good about it other than the two plastic cuffs that hold the two main pieces together. The cuffs are made of very soft plastic, one of which broke, making it impossible to hold the structure together. Had to return it.

I generally like Pyle products, unfortunately it seems that they dropped the ball on the packaging for the 5- guitar stand. I ordered 2 of these stands and they both showed up broken in the box. It's a pity too, because if they had just shipped it with the 2 bolts that connect the folding portion, it probably would have arrived undamaged. I tried to contact Pyle directly, but their website wouldn't let me, so I've got to return them directly to Amazon.

Have bought this 3 times now trying to get a product that isn't broken in the same spot. The bottom plastic rings that hold up the bar that supports the guitar are all broken. Very disappointing.

Arrivato con il pezzo di appoggio rotto. Oltretutto nn si capisce come funziona; c’è una vite ma nn si riesce a mettere il bullone, quindi l’ho appoggiato ma si apre sempre… siccome nn ho voglia di sostituirlo l’ho aggiustato con la colla ma non è comunque funzionale perchè tende sempre ad aprirsi…Aggiornamento: dopo contatti con il venditore ho deciso di fare la sostituzione... mi sono impegnata a rimpacchettare l'oggetto per il reso... me ne è arrivato un altro identico! In sostanza è fatto cosi, con pezzi staccati che non si capisce a cosa servono e l'appoggio è insensato, non si regge! Sconsigliatissimo!

I liked the features of this stand, mainly that it was foldable, but it arrived broken.There is a plastic sleeve on each side rail that slides up / down the rail when folding or opening, and is connected to the lower padded rail that the guitars' bottoms rest on. The plastic sleeves are held on to the lower rail with a bolt which runs through the lower rail tube and into the face of the sleeve only, and both faces arrived broken off where the bolt enters, meaning the lower rail was not attached to anything and flopped to the floor.In an effort to avoid returning it to Amazon, I contacted Pyle to request two of those sleeves. I am tempted however, to simply drill all the way through the side rails and slip a cotterless hitch pin through to hold the lower rail in place. Then if I want to fold it, can pull the pins. I might still do that but will wait to see how fast or slow Pyle responds.I recently got a Pyle synth stand and love it, but don't know how the design of this guitar stand got approved. The sleeves s/b metal for a bolt to the face, but a ring would have been a much better design choice than a bolt.If Pyle responds quickly and sends parts right away, will update this review and the rating.UPDATE: I contacted Pyle through their website Contact form, and they responded via email right away. I only asked for the parts that were broken but within a few days they sent a new stand instead. The new stand arrived today and is perfect. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars for their customer service response and for sending a new stand out.

First of all, it was a pleasant surprise that there was no assembly required. Just take it out of the box, stretch the base ,and voila it's ready for use! It can comfortably hold 5 electric guitars and even a combo of 2 acoustic and 3 electric guitars. Two other great features are being able to move the "U" brackets that hold the neck so it can accommodate guitars of different sizes. The other pleasant surprise was that the "U" brackets each have 4 pick holders; super convenient! I'm labeling it the "U" brackets because I'm not sure what it is called... One thing to note: I have read that the foam encasing the frame in the bottom in certain brands damages the finish of certain guitars, so... just in case, I have placed a rug over the frame in the bottom...but it's no bigggie...definitely NOT a deal breaker....love how compact it is and very lightweight!! Definitely recommend!!

This stand requires no assembly and set up is a snap. The actual guitar holders are moveable so you can adjust the stand for different widths of guitars. I have had two dreadnaught acoustics, an P-bass, and Les Paul and a strat on this stand at the same time and it works perfectly. The little pick holders on the guitar holders are handy as well. They don't work for thicker bass guitar picks, but work good on any pick thinner than one mm. I hope to have enough guitars one day to have to order another one of these. They are pretty well perfect.
