I bought this kit for my grandson . The pictured advertisement showed a digital tuner that comes with kit along with other accessories. The tuner was missing but everything else was fine no damage at all . Did not want to return because it sometimes returns lead to more issues. Contacted Pyle through missing parts page 5 days ago . No response !!!

Great price and excellent quality. Size is perfect for a child beginning to learn the guitar.

I liked how this kit offers everything a beginning player would need: extra strings, strap, picks, tuner, bag, etc. The workmanship was adequate especially for a sub $100 kit. My only problem was that the strings wouldn't stay in tune. Every 2 minutes chords would sound horrible because a couple of strings needed a half-turn or full-turn up or down. Maybe its the strings. Maybe its the guitar. I'm not experienced enough to know, but I know I don't have this problem with a higher priced Yamaha.

It's more like a toy for a child. Don't buy this if you are beginning to play guitar.

READ ME: (36 inch version) (THERE'S A CATCH) I love this guitar BUT... I left a review here when I first bought it. I've now changed my opinion. I wrote a lot of this in the updated comment, but I wanted to leave a new review so it's at the top. People who leave comments saying that the strings don't stay tuned don't understand nylon stringed guitars. you have to STRETCH THEM people! look up a youtube video. They'll take a while to stretch properly. Having said that, I paid around $45 for a used - very good version of this guitar. I WOULD NOT pay full price. The price has gone up significantly. I believe it was around $70 for a new version May of 2021, I could be wrong but check something like Honey that will show the price history. Anyway, I'm a 5'8 college guy and I love this thing. Granted, I do have smallish hands, but it works really well for me. It's light enough to keep in my dorm room and easy to throw in a car for a camping trip. It's fun to mess around with and practice songs and picking parts on. All around, lots of fun. However I will say that this is (A.) Not a steel-string guitar. It's more like a classical, separate instrument though it can function the same way. (B.) It won't be as loud as a steel string. (C.) It's cheap because it's cheap. Overpriced at current listing price. Taking this into consideration, this isn't what I use when I play songs for my friends. I don't play at concerts or recitals, but if I did I would not even consider bringing this guitar. I'd use my full-sized yamaha steel string for that, which I got for about $200 from a music store 5 years ago. If you really want your kids to learn, don't get them this. Guitars are not toys. Get them lessons if you can afford them (and support local businesses!) I'd honestly spend the money on a cheap reputable brand like Rogue, it'll set you back about $80-100. Maybe even a Yamaha if you want to spend around $120-140. The extra few bucks will be worth it. All in all, I recommend this for people who just want something to mess around with by a campfire, or for people who just want a spare guitar. Hope I could help!

Much prettier in person than I expected and I loved the new guitar smell when opening the box! Very polished and finished look. This junior size classical guitar is a perfect starter for my youth. Easier on the fingers than regular steel string guitar and a natural progression up from a yukele. Strings were wrapped and protected in shipping box and loosened to avoid popping. Guitar plays very smooth with clean sound. Neck is straight and smooth for easy action. Pleasantly surprised on the sound. Tuner and extras including travel bag (with backpack straps) and extra set of strings provides everything needed to get you going. Tuning keys are solid and hold tune well.

I was surprised by the metal designs around the tuning pegs, that was a nice touch for such an affordable guitar. Overall a nice look, I got the "Natural" and am happy with the light wood body. The strings are indeed easy, good action and no buzzing from the frets. The guitar comes with a kit of things you'll need like a tuner and strings, and from the shipping the strings were of course loosened so spend your time getting them in tune, as you move them the neck will tighten up so you'll need to continue tuning for a while and then let it rest for a day and do it again.Still learning but happy to have this guitar, now on to some lessons!

Great started guitar for my eight year old. Easy on the fingers and great for his size. Sounds great. We have to tune every time and some times we have to tweak it a bit, but that’s due to the nylon strings. Great starter as it also includes a tuner.
