I had difficulty in getting the Audio card to function with the provided disk. The computer simply did not recognize the card. I have a WIN 7 32 bit machine that I recently built.I searched for a download from the internet site 3dpchip.com. My initial keyword search was CM18738/8768/8770 audio sound driver. I hope this helps anyone having problems.

La caja estaba algo aplastada, probablemente por estar demasiado tiempo en alguna estanteria o almacen, pero el producto en perfecto estado y funcionando al 100%.

The card is simple to install. However, it did not work with my particular computer. (A 12 year old HP desktop). The computer advised of a hardware error and kept re-booting). I returned it and purchased a different card.

This does work as I would expect it too but installation of the driver was tricky if you can't use the included cd. I was able to get it to work with some driver software that I have which was able to find and install it for me. After that there has been no issues so far

I installed this sound card on a server-class workstation that didn't have any sound chip onboard.I was using my USB sound card for meetings and calls, but it sounds quite bad. Now, this card has a 2 chips, the asmedia chip will bridge the sound chip PCI32 interface to PCI-Express interface. The other chip is the very well known C-Media chipAt first, I didn't find any driver for it. So I borrowed an old DVD drive to read the drivers CD that came with the card. Yes. A CD.Windows 8 drivers worked as a charm on windows 11 and I bet it will work in windows 10 too.Only thing I had to set up is to disable microphone monitoring (happens when you can hear yourself, I was using headphones), which for some reason came enabled by default. Then everything worked perfectly fine.
