Yes it’s expensive. But my 13 yrs old 12 lb yorkie has suffered with digestive problems for years..I have tried so many different diets for him. this food has been a life changer for him.Ive always wanted to feed him the best food out there…I can’t worry about the ingredients in this Purina. It works! I buy the dry and the 12 can case. He’s going strong.Loves his life…. He never goes to the vet now…..walk 2 miles every morning….i highly recommend…you’ll need a prescription but the delivery is pronto….

At least 1/2 of the cans are dented. This makes them hard to open and definitely hard to stack.

Requires vet approval, which was received quickly. This is about the only canned food our dog will eat, so we appreciate the expedited service.

Our Vet told us to put my male Yorkie on this food because he has a fatty liver. Prescribed or not, my recommendation is, try one can first. It is very expensive and can be a substantial loss if your dogs refuse to eat it. Mine tried it, ate a little a couple of times and that was it. Nothing I did to it got him to eat it and I had purchased a case.

I use this food when my dog is having an episode of inflammatory bowel disease. It is not the greatest food but she can keep it down and she eats it. It is expensive. It has two key ingredients in it if your dog has a troubled tummy. Inulin (prebiotic) that helps build the gut back up and MCT oil - a form of coconut oil. These two ingredients are great for gut health and are expensive by themselves. I keep it on hand all the time. Just wish it had better ingredients - that is why it got a 4
