What else can I say. Although it is fairly expensive our dog really enjoys the taste. Thus far she is stone-free and we hope it stays that way. Orders were fulfilled fairly quickly after we linked our veterinarian to the amazon store where we purchased. Orders arrived as expected and in good shape.

Our goldendoodle, Lucy, has been on this diet since her xray showed a bladder full of struvite stones. This is supposed to help bust them up so she won't need surgery. It seems to be slowly working as her second xray showed less stones. However, she doesn't like it very much. The texture is pretty solid. So we have had to doctor it up so she will eat it. After much research, we found that if we add chicken broth or a wee bit of hydrated freeze dried turkey she will eat it. We make sure there is lots of liquid with this combination which is vital to help break up the stones.

Cost is high as heck but for the difference it makes in my boxer it's worth every penny. Cheaper than surgery and he gobbles it right up

Great food. Expensive, and I am looking for a cheaper, but workable alternative.Update: Ouch! Purina has discovered they can gouge their customers and have essentially doubled the price. I liked it for my mini schnauzer. I thought it expensive before, but now the price is unworkable. I will need to find an alternative. More than $5 per can is silly. There is no medication in this food. Purina is just hoping our commitment to our fur-babies is so strong they can force us to buy. Sorry Purina -- no-go.
