To make the tap water better tasting

The water is very clear and taste good. However, the pitcher does not drain completely. It is only a small amount of water, but I have to remove it to pour the water from the pitcher!

These work “ok” but tap water still has an “off” taste to it like slight chlorine.I run the same water through twice which helps a bit.Not the purified water fast I’m looking for.I’ll switch back to Pur brand filters.

The filter feels of a strong, durable material, gives my water ZERO SMELL which who likes smelly water right? Makes my water taste like high performance H2O, allows my water to flow like the Nile River into my face when drinking it and the filter fits perfectly into my water pitcher

Update 03/14/23: I finally received a perfunctory-type response from their so-called "Customer Service." I asked for both a refund and a mailing label including their paying return postage. I got no response. This company SCAMMED me! Too late, I found this advice from PUR: "Genuine PUR filters are the ONLY filters CERTIFIED for use in PUR systems." They also claim that competitors who claim to have "COMPATIBLE " filters are not necessarily valid. "Pur(E) Plus" claims to be "compatible," which is not the case, here. I have been SCAMMED! Pur(E) PLUS (spelled with an (E), is NOT the same company as "PUR PLUS" (spelled without an (E). I WAS SCAMMED. AND IF I SEND THIS UNOPENED FOUR-PACK BACK TO THEM, THEY WILL MOST LIKELY RESELL IT WITHOUT REFUNDING MY MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!Their Website says this is for Models PPF951K and PPF9002. The four-pack box I received mentions EVERY model but these two. As a result, I did NOT notice that this is "Pur(E)plus" instead of "PUR Plus." VERY deceptive, expensive, and inconvenient!When I complained via a form on their Website, I got an email encouraging me to CALL if I don't hear from them in a couple days. Problem is, they do NOT provide a phone number and many of the links to their site are unsecured. Apparently, Web security, which includes our personal data, is not one of PUREplus's concerns.I purchased this four-pack because their Website says I can use them, specifically, with my PPF pitcher (and ALL PUR pitchers) but I don't think it wise or affordable to OPEN the box to find out because if I open it, they say I am ineligible for a refund. Again, as I mentioned, the box does NOT list my pitcher among "compatible" pitchers, but the Website claims they're ALL compatible.The only "contact info" is a snail mail address, and the one phone number I found was answered by a woman who claims it's the number for her bakery.I cannot afford to just throw away thirty dollars. I could have eaten for a few days on that amount, but now I am screwed because they have no phone number, no Web security, and no interest in helping me.Finally, when I tried to make a return on the Amazon site, the "continue" button wasn't working and I got a message saying I have 30 days (including time ordered/delivered) to return it.I should NOT have to pay shipping when their advertising was deceptive and my delivery was FREE.Here's the misinformation on their Website:"PUREPLUS CRF950Z Pitcher Water Filter Replacement for Pur PPF900Z, PPF951K, PPT700W, CR-1100C, DS-1800Z, CR-6000C, PPT711W, PPT711, PPT710W, PPT111W, PPT111R and All PUR Pitchers and Dispensers, 4PACK."I could not be more dissatisfied and feel as though I have been scammed.And the reason I am not including a photo is because I would have to give them access to my computer/files, which I'm not willing to do due to their Web security issues.I should have just gone, in person, to Walmart and hoped for the best. The filtered water seems to have a plastic taste. These screw in & fit my water pitcher nicely but when I fill the top with water, it drains through pretty quickly. (2” of water in the bottom before I can finish filling the top up) Unlike my old ones. Which is nice but makes me think it’s not filtering properly. 🤷🏻‍♀️***UPDATE a kind representative contacted me. The plastic taste is because I didn’t run 4 gallons of water through the filter first. (I didn’t see that in the instructions but I have to do the same thing for my fridge filter). And she said it drains faster into the bottom because they have improved them. I will continue to buy this product.
