I ordered 4 different colors from the same brand. All were great. Easy to separate and easy to cap. The white ones had only 364 capsules out of the advertised 500. I would expect a 2%-5% over/under thinking they package by weight. But to get shorted almost 30% is a bit excessive. All other colors had 500ish except for the white. I would buy again but count them upon receipt so I could return if I was shorted. Unfortunately, I did not know I was shorted until the second session of filling capsules. I filled 100 the first time and 264 the second session. I have a 100 slot capsule filler so it was easy to see once I completed my second session. I was expecting to go 4 rounds but ran out of capsules in round 3. I counted all of the capsules (had not consumed any) and got 364. Exact same number I had calculated using the filling machine.00 capsules are easy to fill and hold a decent amount but are easier to swallow. Those who have problems with swallowing pills may think these are too large. The size is what one would think of a regular capsule from a pharmacy.

A great deal of the capsules came broken. Probably at least 50 of them, and since I use a capsule machine I essentially only get 900. Not worth for the price for the poor quality control.
