Very disappointed. Each purchase is one larger bag, which holds 2 smaller bags: 1 bag holds the top half of the capsules and one bag holds the bottom half of the capsules. Well, EACH purchase (I bought 3 of these) was SHORT about 25 capsule halves! This item is too expensive to be having LESS than the indicated amount.

I've found that pullulan capsules agree the best with my stomach for when I make my own supplements, so I'm always happy when I can find a nice price on 000 size capsules -- especially if they're pre-separated.Every vendor I've bought from before states that the shelf life is about 2 - 5 years. PureCaps USA's own site says "If stored correctly, most capsules have a shelf life of about seven years."So, I was pretty annoyed when the order I received in mid - late May 2024 was labeled with a June 2025 expiration. I'm not archiving my capsules or anything, but it's pretty clear that PureCaps has something strange happening with their pullulan formulation that makes them expire so quickly, or the stock that Amazon has is really old.Either way, I think this is probably going to be my first and last PureCaps USA purchase.

Product claims to be kosher and shows a picture of a box with the OK kosher symbol. The package I received was a plastic bag with no symbols. When I checked with the OK Kosher organization they said that they do NOT certify this product, and that this was the second complaint that had received this morning. They noted that they were taking action against this company. In my opinion this company is misrepresenting their product to the extent that this might qualify as fraud.According to Amazon, this product does not qualify for returns. I have to see if their complaint department can handle this.

Overall I'm very happy with this product. The capsules are good quality, the capsules come separated in individual bags which is a huge time saver and I love that! I would definitely recommend this product.

I've been making my own capsules for years. These separated '000' ones are nice, save some time, but I've noticed a problem in my last purchase that I can't ignore any longer, as it makes a mess every time I use these. Namely, they are undersized. When I put the larger section in the capsule making machine, and add an ingredient, there is a noticeable gap around the capsule where ingredient slips by. Plus as the top cap is added, more ingredient slips by again. It means I have to reuse reuse ingredient that has been spilled, something I don't like or want to do. This needs to be addressed by the vendor. I've never had this problem with other brand unseparated capsules.

Best capsules I've bought (also only the second batch). Really like that the tops and bottoms are separated, saves a huge chunk of time.Never had an issue with caps getting stuck, but I'm pretty used to gulping down 3-5 tablets at a time. If you're precious about it you may have issues I guess?Knocking off a point mainly cause the price point still feels high to me (maybe that's a bit of a poor reason to dock a star but eh)
