Feeding Guidelines
Rip open the bag and feed as a healthy, nutritious, and flavorful everyday treat or make mealtime more exciting for picky eaters by adding some PureBites Shrimp into their food for a RAW protein boost. Shrimp powder at the bottom of the bag can be sprinkled onto any meal as a mixer or topper.

Cats love this as a treat. Only give 2 to 3 as these are dehydrated and will expand in the cat's stomach after eating.

I will never purchase this product again, I thought it was a joke when I opened the bag to see that what I expected to see as shrimp has dust on the bottom of the bag with a child sized handful of bits and pieces of shrimp. They must've sent me the oldest bag they had in stock don't waste your money on this. You can dehydrate your own shrimp in a dehydrator for pennies on the dollar and not get ripped off.

My bougie kitties are pretty particular, and they, for the most part, do not agree on food or treat flavors; however, these mini shrimp are the treat that unites them. They all love them!

My cat has always loved shrimp, (i.e. begging for cocktail shrimps at family parties) so I had to try these when I saw them. At first I think he was a little weirded out by the texture. He was definitely intrigued by the smell but kept spitting them out. Then we started sprinkling a couple in his dish every now and then, crushing them a bit, and mixing with his wet food. When we add the shrimps to his wet food, he LOVES it! I can tell because he doesn't always finish the whole dish, but I always find an empty bowl after I add the shrimps. If your cat is like mine and doesn't like to chew things in general or can't stand certain textures, "reconstituting" the freeze-dried snacks in a little water, kitty-safe broth, or wet food might make all the difference.
