GREAT PRODUCT!! I read the negative reviews about installation and contacted PROTHANE help.I installed these boots without cutting or any modifications.Simply boil them for about 10-15 minutes (I used a thrift store pot just to keep my wife happy), use a welding glove to handle them after they get hot and slide them quickly over the torsion bar.They will get stuck about half way down but tap them with a rubber hammer and get them flush with the top then you can slide them by hand the rest of the way.I strapped the torsion bar to my deck rail so it didn't move around.Remember you have to move fairly quickly so do them 1 at a time

The ends are too small to fit over end of the torsion bars.

Bought these because they were a decent price and could ship fast....arrived within 2 days...but thats all that was good about them....they are really thick at the small end that goes over the torsion bar and do not stretch nearly enough to get over it...I put in very hot water to soften and did not help...when I finally got it to go over they split....had no choice but to use them but will replace with a quality set asap...
