I recently purchased the Milwaukee Insider ratchet. It's a very nice tool for the price. I was looking for something to help preserve and protect the tool from damage. I seen this cover on the Amazon site and I knew this would help eliminate my issues. When I received the product, it immediately dawned on me that I could also use the cover to lubricate my tool.. I slipped the cover on the tool then squeezed some Super Lube in-between the cover and the tool and activated the tool back and forth to insert the grease into the head of the ratchet. This will definitely help preserve the life of the ratchet.

Fits good, looks good at a better price than the other brand. Would recommend to anyone. Little lubricant will make it's easier to install.

The tool should come with something like this. But this works perfectly to keep dirt out of the head. It is a tight fit but it should be. Hawk tuah on that Thang and it slides right on.

Good quality rubber and cheaper than the branded version. Pain in the butt to install but worth it. When installed right it fits well.

Fits well at a better price point than Milwaukee branded boot. My go to is rubbing a tiny bit of plumbers grease inside the boot to help get it on. Less is more so don’t use a lot. I have an older Milwaukee ratchet with a boot from Milwaukee that I feel fits a hair more snug than this one. But if it does what I want it to do it doesn’t matter.
