This is a must have when you own a half vac by proteam. Makes vacuuming with it. A cinch would definitely buy from seller again.

My original Koblenz BP-1200 shipped with a hose that had two straight ends.The hose frequently popped out from the top of the vacuum tank.Happy to say that the 90° coupler helps prevent the problem.Hose seems to be of high-quality; I will update the review, if my observation is not the case

Have not heard of any complaints from my cleaning crew, so i guess it works. I just noticed the original was more ridged.

I bought this item for the first time about 6 months ago to replace the original hose on my Super Quartervac. The hose I received was as long as the original - about 5 feet long, maybe more, I didn't measure at the time - and worked fine... for about 4 months of very episodic household use, after which it broke at the connection with the double swivel part that connects to the vacuum. I bought the hose again from the very same Amazon page - it had the "you bought this item on..." blue banner at the top, so I didn't read the item description very carefully, thinking I would get the same product, but it wasn't the case. The hose I received this second time was ridiculously short, so short, in fact, that I couldn't vacuum without the hose overextending and pinching my underarm, which isn't exactly pleasant. And I'm pretty short myself, just 5'2", so my height wasn't the issue here. What's more, the hose broke again (at the connection with the wand, this time) after just 3 uses!! I would have given 3 stars to the first hose I received for the 4 months of use I got from it, but this "new" product doesn't deserve more than one, and personally I'll look somewhere else for another replacement hose.

I ordered this hose to replace another one that is about 5 years old. We are not used to the pliability of it. It rubs on your arm a little bit. It does not hurt or anything just a change. Fits fine on my Proteam vacuum.
