Did a fair amount of looking before I ordered this replacement hose as I had had my vacuum for many years and wanted to be sure that it would be the right kind.The manufacturer had a list of model numbers of the vacuums this would fit. And the picture looked the same as my worn-out hose.When I received it, it did not look like my old hose or the photo. Why can't things just be easy? This should have been.I ended up shoving into the place where it connected to the vacuum and turned it on. It worked OK. But it is just another thing I have to worry about when I order from Amazon. Will the product be as advertised?

The hose is longer than the original which is nice. The ends fits my oreck canister and the crevice tool.

This product is made with a 3D printer and has now cracked twice after 4 uses. The ridges in the plastic connecter made by the 3D printer make the connection almost lock into the vacuum, making it very hard to remove the hose. And then the ridges also make for a perfect breakpoint if any little stress is put on the hose. I put JB Weld on the inside to repair the first break, but it broke again in the same spot after the hose jammed into the vacuum when trying to remove it, even though it was not in the locked position.

This hose is too stiff and the handle is too much angle. It is awkward. Sent it back.

The hose fit well and replaces the old one nicely. I expect another decade of use in the absence of sharp objects or teething dogs.
