I got this to replace my hose on my Shark Rotator UV560 from Costco about 12 years old. The color doesn't match the maroon that the Costco version came in, but I really don't care at all. The old vacuum hose has been cracked near the handle for a while and taping it is impossible. It's also filled with a gray coating of dust that is impossible to clean. Yuck!This shiny new hose and handle fit right in perfectly. Just unclip the handle at the top and bottom and this one snaps right in. The suction control is a little different but I like the new one, right on the front it's easy to see. The parts that snap together feel sturdy, but I would say the hose feels like a much thinner material. The old thicker one didn't hold up, so the new thinner one is probably no worse. I think this should get me a few more years out of my Shark!

Snapped right into place like the OEM hose but it's missing that ring-thing in the middle that clips the hose to the body of the vac. The vac is sucking as it should so we'll see how this lasts...
