This is a wonderful contraption! It is sturdy and well made. Comes with instructions for beginners. Seems it would do well for anyone to stretch any part of the foot. I found, as an aging professional dancer, that I needed to adjust the toe and heel blocks, and it worked best barefooted so the foot was flat against the plastic. Using massage balls first, then exercising with this contraption, and finishing with the proper creams, my foot went from stiff and swollen to working like it's counterpart. And all for a fraction of the cost of the wooden versions or dancer specific versions. Brilliant idea! Thank you!

This device gives you so much support that you feel much more confident and your stretches are more productive. I have lots of ankle and arthritis damage and this tool makes stretching feel better and it’s so easy to use that you’ll use it more often.

My podiatrist told me I need to order and use before and after I have foot surgery. Doctor said my calf muscles were really tight. It seems to help, doctors order, I had to pay out of pocket, it is pretty cheap, not expensive, built pretty sturdy, I weigh 232 lbs and he holds me.

Well made and a good weight to it.Heel and toe are adjustable~ pull out and push in, secured with 4 stubs.Doesn’t slip in useNot used long enough to see if it helps but it really does stretch the hamstrings more than just the edge of a step. The toe inset is helping stretch out my tendons and plantar.

I broke my big toe when I was 13. I have been a college and adult athlete/runner, and am now 49. I bought this for my plantar fasciitis and tight calves. My big toe was so stiff for the past 36 years that I used to struggle doing deep lunges especially walking lunges. The gym I go to has one of the older models of the ProStretch that I had been using. So, I decided to get my own, and decided on the upgraded model with the toe stretch. In 3 weeks of use - my big toe problems were gone, and deep lunges and split squats no longer are an issue. However, my Plantar Fasciitis has not improved, and I am reading now that stretching for PF may bring irritation. For calf stretches - I went back to using the stairs and just supporting my weight as I stretch, and that seems to do better to isolate the calf. Just saying. It was unexpected that it would help my toe. I thought that thing was just frozen forever. So, the purchase was worth it. But for the other reasons that I really made the purchase... the jury is still out.

INCREDIBLE piece of equipment!!! I was 75% through my marathon training & acquired an achilles strain because over the past 7 marathons I had just discovered I had been stretching wrong all these years. The ProStretch Plus saved me!!! My physical therapist suggested this and I started using it immediately...within my first few stretches I immediately began to feel a greater range of motion. I recovered very quickly from my injury and now use my ProStretch Plus after every run. It has changed my life! Increased my range or motion & strength too! As well as probably lengthened my running career too! My advice is to follow the pamphlet instructions and do all 4 exercises AND the 3 sets suggested with each exercise because this is actually a strengthening piece of equipment in addition to a stretching piece of equipment. Also watch the 8 minute video within their homepage (at the bottom). The included pamphlet is very good but coupled with the Video it makes it a lot easier understand (I'm in education so trust me the combination of them both helps to understand the proper form technique). And not to sound like a cheesy infomercial ad but...Thank you ProSaver Plus bcuz you totally saved my race and prevented my injury from excelling...because of your product I was able to complete my 8th marathon for my Cancer Charity...THANK YOU!!!

I tried using this Prostretch Plus for a few weeks and followed the directions which say not to use the toe piece right away as it's for advanced stretching. So I used it with just the heel piece which was ok, gave a pretty good calf stretch altho I don't think it was any better than doing a standing calf stretch against the wall or dropping my heels on a stair tread for stretching. After a couple weeks I put the toe piece on to get the plantar fasciitis stretch. Problem is that with the toe piece on my sneaker got stuck between the toe and heel piece every time and the only way I could remove it was to take my foot out of the sneaker, sit in a chair and pull the thing out of the sneaker; Very Annoying! not to mention awkward and risky for falling. I don't think it's made well and also expensive as it's just a piece of hard plastic. I returned it.

Over the past year I had been experiencing what I believe is a slight bit of plantar fasciitis which was causing me to have some noticeable pains on the top of my left foot.I did some research on the subject and surmised that it is likely due to my unique overall structure (we're all unique) coupled with tightness in my left calf (more-so than on the right).I had some tightness on the bottom of my left foot for certain.I had been using the original Prostretch I purchased many years ago with good results, along with other calf stretches as well, depending on where I was when I decided to/needed to stretch. This model brought additional relief due to the fact that it brings the toes into the stretch, which I had neglected to do simply since I didn't think of it.A few days after using this device I was walking across the room and I suddenly felt much tension let go on the bottom of my left foot. I wasn't looking for it, but it happened, and enough for me to notice.I use this device pretty regularly, and have also clued myself into other ways to stretch my toes as well for the times when I need to stretch and am not at home. It's pretty easy, but this device got me into that frame of mind.Of course I use this on both my left and right sides equally to ensure balance.I have felt a LOT better since using this, and since I'm pretty active, I really love it.I've been thinking about getting the double-leg model and may in the near future. This is a GREAT product.MarkHuntington Beach, CA.
