When we opened the box, we immediately noticed that the paper towel holder's arm was bent (shown is attached photos). My company has ordered several items from Proslat and this is the first time we received something that was damaged.

This item came to me used. No chance it was new with all the scuffs and dents it already had. But they own the market, there’s no alternative, and they know it. Once you buy the system you have to buy their expensive accessories. Over all it may not sound like it but I do like the system. Just wish the accessories were more reasonable and didn’t come used.

This organizer set looks good in the pictures, but it doesn't look that good coming out of the box. The magnetic tool holders were the worst item. The screws that hold them together aren't all the way in and you can't tighten them because they appear to be crossthreaded. The magnets are loose and would fall out if I let them. The edges of the metal are rough and the small tack welds holding everything together are quite poor. I had really hoped to use the magnetic tool holder, but I think I will send it back along with everything else in this pack.
