AMAZING SOUND. Very satisfied with the product's sound quality.I have no plans to use blue tooth, so I have not tried it.I purchased to listen to music in the kitchen. It arrived promptly in good condition.I love the sound quality of the CD player.Only negatives were:I used the template included, but it's not accurate.I made my own template. The radio has no antenna and must be installed in the best place for reception. If you simply want to listen to CD's like me. Then, I would recommend this unit.It is a great value.

Unfortunately, the unit I received was defective: The CD tray kept opening randomly, tuning either to an AM or FM station was impossible. There was no display, no sound... nothing. Obtaining a refund was sheer torture, but the "person" I cyber-chatted with was helpful. No, I would not buy another unit. I asked for a full refund.

I like having this under my kitchen cabinet. I mounted it onto a board then attached the board to the bottom of the cabinet so as not to have to bolt it from inside the cabinet. The Bluetooth is not great and even when my cell phone is near, I have to turn the volume way up. The radio has no antenna and must be installed in a place of best reception. There is one strong station that I can't get under the cabinet I wanted it. I'm happy having my cds again. Now that I've learned the buttons, I really like it.Update: occasionally, the radio wouldn't come on when I pushed the power button. I found I had to unplug it and plug it in again to clear the problem. That's when I found the importance of the battery- to save my station presets while it was briefly unplugged.I've used it every day for about six months and am pleased with it, overall.

No puedo creer que en esta edad de tecnología avanzada un aparato que tiene Blue Tooth no puede tocar CDs de Mp3. Deben decir eso en la description y no dar la muy mala sorpresa de tener que descubrirlo en el instructivo.

Probably a great CD/radio and it has an antenna wire. But the mounting hardware is terrible. Other radios come with spacers, but not this radio (see photo for mounting hardware and instructions). It will be impossible to mount this radio under cabinets with a lip with this hardware (additional carpentry required). Also, if you follow their instructions, the sharp end of the mounting screws may poke through the bottom of your cabinet. Other radios install with the screws in the opposite direction to avoid this. Finally, mounting requires that you mount a plate to your cabinet and then slide the radio onto the plate (see photos). Well, this is very difficult to do. It's going to be a bear to get the radio on the plate after I mount it. Mounting is comparatively very difficult. Nothing a handy person cannot do, but not easy.Edit:I noticed that my unit doesn't seem to match the picture or the descriptions, so I checked the box. It is the right model. I guess they revised it. Note that it now DOES have an AM radio (see picture). I wonder how much of all the old reviews apply to this model?Edit:Since writing the above, I've installed the unit and I'm reducing my rating to 1 star because it's NOT a great radio. First, my fears about mounting were largely correct (except it's not hard to slide the unit onto the mounting plate). I re-used some 1-inch spacers (for the one-inch lip on my cabinets) from the previous radio and that produced a noticeable gap (about 0.5 inches), which I dislike (but my wife doesn't mind; see photo). I could reduce this a bit, but there will always be some gap because of the way the mounting works (the top of the radio cannot be flush with the cabinet bottom). FWIW, I used 2 inch number 8 wood screws with a 1/8 inch guide hole. With 1-inch spacers, this works perfect without sharp points in the cabinet. I ran the antenna through a hole and up the back of cabinet. The radio sounds distinctly tinny compared to the previous under-cabinet clock/radio. I know this unit is not intended for audiophiles, but if you care at all about music, you can't help notice. The range of volume is good from very soft to quite loud (probably louder than you'd want). Bluetooth pairing was flawless and easy with our moto g 5's. Unpairing isn't difficult, but then you have to repeat the pairing steps. In limited use, the CD works fine. The FM radio is a little hard to tune (e.g., it jumps from 93.0 to 93.2, skipping WXRT at 93.1), and it's not particularly good at tuning in a station without static. I was disappointed. Also, the controls aren't all easy. For example, tuning is a large, responsive knob that makes it too easy to skip past your station, whereas 16 level of volume are controlled by two buttons that aren't particularly sensitive (there's a tiny delay in registering the button press). And also, the display is VERY hard to read when the unit is in stand-by mode (i.e., "off") and there are steps (like setting the clock) that can only be done when the unit is in standby mode. Finally, the remote works fine. It's extremely tiny and doesn't include any mounting (no Velcro, no magnet) so it will be easy to lose; our previous radio was magnetized and we kept it on the side of the fridge. We'll probably need to find some Velcro.Summary: It works, but it's a poor value.

I have been wanting one of these for the longest time and I am so glad that I purchased this. Normally, I listen to Spotify on my cell phone and just blare it when I am doing dishes, cooking, etc.. but I love that I can connect my phone to this and listen to it on this speaker instead. I also love that I listen to the radio in the morning before I go to work so I know if there any accidents, or traffic updates before I leave the house.

Was a little worried when I bought this because of the mixed reviews. When its comes down to it, this thing is made for a specific type of person. If you are just getting this for the fm radio it might not be for you. I bought this to save space on my counter and I wanted to have Bluetooth to play music through my phone as well as play some cds. It's not too easy to find something small that plays cds and has Bluetooth. The setup was pretty easy. They give you a template for mounting and it fits well. i will evaluate each different mode. The fm radio works ok. The reception isn't the best but I didn't think it would be because you can't put an antenna through the bottom of your cabinet. I can still pick up my favorite stations and most come in pretty good. The Bluetooth works excellent! Very easy to pair my phone. It beeps when it pairs with your phone every time and you can change the song on your iPhone by pushing the skip button on the player or on the little remote. No flaws there. The CD player works well. It is a typical CD player, nothing special. And the line in mode (aux) works well also. To me it is very user friendly and a great addition to my kitchen!
