Arrived used and with repaired damage.Update: I received my replacement and it too was damaged. See the second picture I posted. I had high hopes for this item.

Bought the valet for my husband to replace his old one. This valet is nice and sleek. The draw and hanger features are nice.

The first one arrived damaged and was beyond acceptable. After waiting another week for the replacement, it too arrived damaged. This time the damage was in an area that did not keep me from using the valet.
